South Korea Visa Application

etravel PH by Executive Resources Inc. is happy to announce that we are now officially accredited to process Tourist and Business Visas to the Republic of Korea.

Important Reminders:

  • For individual applicants – PHP2,400 per person – for a maximum 59 days stay
  • Processing time is 10 working days upon submission at the embassy
  • Borrowing or pulling out a passport is not allowed by the embassy.
  • Applicant may submit their application 1-2 months before departure.
  • For Working and Student visa applications, please wait for further advice.
  • The embassy may require additional documents not on the list.

    Document Requirements:

    1. Original Passport / Travel Document

    • Must be signed
    • Valid for at least 6 months prior to departure
    • Must contain at least 2 empty pages
    • Remove the passport case before submitting to our office

    2. Two (2) pieces of Visa Photo (35mm x 45mm) colored picture with white background

    • Should be studio quality
    • Must not be damaged or stained
    • In color, facing forward, and non-smiling

    3. Korea Visa Application Form

    *Click and download. Form is already fillable.

    • Form must be printed on A4 size paper.
    • Form must be type-written and hand-signed.
    • Use black pen only.
    • If the applicant is minor (under 18 years old), originally signed by both parents/guardians.
    • Kindly complete all details. Put “N/A” if no answer or not applicable.
    • Make sure that all contact details are active.
    • For Page 1, Status of Stay:
    • C-3-9 Tourist
    • C-3-1 Tourist w/ Invitation from Korea

    4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-Page

    5. Original Old Passport ( ONLY if with previous visa and stamps within the last 5 years )

    6. Original PSA Documents

    • PSA Birth Certificate
    • PSA Marriage Certificate, if applicable

    7. For Non-Filipino Citizen, submit Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)

    • Valid at least 3 months prior to departure

    For Employed Individuals:

    > Original Certificate of Employment

    • Letter from employer stating duties, salary, and complete company details
    • Originally signed by the employer
    • If digitally signed, kindly attach an explanation letter

    > Original Bank Certificate

    • Must be addressed to the Korean Embassy or “for visa application” indicated
    • With Average Daily Balance (ADB) indicated

    > Original or Certified True Copy of Bank Statement

    • Issued within the last 3 months
    • Same account number with the bank certificate issued

    > Latest Income Tax Return or Form 2316/1701

    • Must have signature of applicant and received stamp from BIR
    • If No ITR, submit an Original Affidavit of Non-Filing of ITR

    > Photocopy of PRC Card or IBP Card, if applicable

    For Self-Employed/Businessman:

    > Photocopy of Business Registration from DTI, SEC, GIS, and/or Certificate of Registration

    > Photocopy of Business Permit or Mayor’s Permit

    > Original Bank Certificate

    • Must be addressed to the Korea Embassy or “for visa application” indicated
    • With Average Daily Balance (ADB) indicated

    > Original or Certified True Copy of Bank Statement

    • Issued within the last 3 months
    • Same account number with the bank certificate issued

    > Latest Income Tax Return or Form 1701

    • Must have signature of applicant and received stamp from BIR
    • If No ITR, submit an Original Affidavit of Non-Filing of ITR

    > Photocopy of PRC Card or IBP Card, if applicable

    For Students:

    > Original Certificate of Enrollment

    • Proof of enrollment at the school/college/university addressed to the Embassy of Korea

    > Photocopy of School ID

    > Original Notarized Affidavit of Support or Guarantee, if not traveling with parent/s

    For Housewives:

    Additional documents 

      

    > If husband is employed:

    • Husband’s Employment Certificate Original [must include position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline number (cell-phone number is not allowed), HR e-mail address], 
    • Photocopy of ITR(Income Tax Return) or Form 2316 Copy

    > If husband is self-employed:

    • Business Registration from SEC or DTI (Copy)
    • Business Permit or Mayor’s Permit(Copy)
    • Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316

    > Original Personal or Husband’s Bank Certificate [must include account name, account number, account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months’ average balance (ADB)]

    > Personal or Husband’s Bank Statement (original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months) 

    > Original PSA Marriage Certificate

    How do I claim my passport?

    Your passport can be picked up in person at our office, or it can be returned by courier or any other real-time delivery service. To find out if your passport is prepared for pickup, coordinate with our Visa Officer.

    NOTE:

    Executive Resources, Inc. is an entity authorized by the Korean embassy to accept, check, and submit the documents through the KVAC center on behalf of the applicant/s for visa application. ERI has no part at the embassy’s discretion in approval or denial.
